School administrators’ instructional leadership: Basis for pedagogical enhancement

چکیده

A school organization like any other needs a strong leadership. The heads should possess characteristics that is capable of building community, and as leaders, they set the directions school, are responsible in over-all operation school. This paper was undertaken to determine principals’ instructional leadership competence terms leadership; learning environment; human resource management development; parent involvement community partnership; operations. research utilized Descriptive-Quantitative Research Design which confined among selected secondary schools one Divisions Department Education Philippines. Based on interpreted data taken from rating their Office Performance Commitment Review Form (OPCRF) using DepEd Order no. 42 series 2017 rubric interpreting rating, this study found out respondents’ very satisfactory. It safe say principals satisfactorily contribute success school’s improvement initiatives overall effectiveness
